Hours: 10AM-9PM (Open Daily in Pool Season)

• There is a limit of 40 people within the pool enclosure.
• Pool privileges only for residents in good standing with HOA dues.
• There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.
• CPHOA or pool committee volunteers are not responsible for personal injury.
• 911 phone located in back of clubhouse.
• First Aid Kit just inside door of clubhouse.
• Pool for Cedar Pointe residents and their guests ONLY.  A hosting resident must accompany their guests (up to 2 per family) to the pool and remain with them.
• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed in the pool, deck, clubhouse deck, or park areas. No person in an intoxicated state shall be allowed in these areas.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed in the pool, deck, clubhouse or park areas.
• NO GLASS containers allowed in the pool area.
• No offensive, annoying (such as loud music), or hazardous (such as horseplay) activity.
• Running and rough play are prohibited in and around the water.
• A cleansing bath, using warm water and soap must be taken before entering the water.
• Persons with open wounds, bandages, or any symptoms of a communicable disease should NEVER enter the water.
• Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an ADULT.
• Swimming alone is discouraged.
• Rafts & Flotation devices may need to be removed if pool is crowded.
• No swimming, diving, playing, or snorkeling near the main drain.
• No sitting on pool rails.
• “Cut-offs" must be hemmed.
• Put trash in waste containers.
• Lost and found bin is located near entry/exit gate.
• Animals are not allowed inside the pool enclosure.
• Persons that have had diarrhea in the past two weeks are prohibited in the water.
• Swim diapers are required on infants.
• Do not tamper with or play with Safety Equipment.
• Do not enter pool area if your key card will not open gate -- POOL IS CLOSED.
• Please bring your own disinfectant wipes to sanitize pool furniture and other surfaces.

Please explain all posted rules to your children. The rules are required by the Oklahoma County Health Department. Continued disobedience will result in suspension from the pool and possible closing of the pool by the Health Department. (CPHOA, Pool Committee Volunteers and Homeowners have the right to enforce discipline and rules in and around pool area).
